Decibelist is a homegrown Singapore brand specialising in handcrafted wireless speakers that are aesthetically captivating, boldly unconventional, distinctively unique, and acoustically rich.

These MusicCloth Art Speakers—smart, wireless, and is weaved out of discarded cassette tapes. Each piece strikes a delicate balance of preserving heritage, aesthetic, simplicity, and sonic depth—handcrafted to order and tailored to your personal style, space, and story.

This collaboration is a music reimagined project where cassette tapes were being up-cycled as part of the speaker material and sound again with a sonic depth. The tapes consist of polyester film with metallic coatings, which would otherwise be considered waste and sustainable material. The material is woven in a basket weave pattern, which allows stability and durability. Each MusicCloth® speaker comes with its original cassette tapes and owns its own unique color combination and patterns.
